Company Secretary
Director of Sdn Bhd company must appoint at least one company secretary for the company to look after statutory services. Preparing of board meeting resolution, registered book, share transfer, issuance of share certificate, annual return submission and many more duties are performed by COSEC. Secretary retainer fee is only RM 400 (yearly). Other government fees must carry by the customers, separately.
Signboard License
Doing business without signboard license is an offence. All entities must obtain signboard license from local council office, DBKL, MBPJ etc. License cost is RM 1200-1500 as some other necessary supporting papers are required to submit the application.
Export and Import License
To obtain export import license required supporting documents and patience as it takes 30-90 days in total. Get ready product sample, invoice, bank statement, SSM copies and many more to apply for. Our expert can assist to submit through DAGANG net and hiring forwarding agent. Estimated cost is RM 3000.
Income Tax
Our expert can assist for submit income tax filing for personal and corporate and get certificate from Inland Revenue Department. Estimated fee is RM 300-500 (personal) and RM 700- 1200 for corporate (terms and condition apply).
Virtual Address and Co-space
